There are two options for purchasing Refill products.
PreFill then ReFill and
Bring Your Own Container (BYOC)

PreFill then ReFill is just as if you were purchasing from a traditional store. It’s pre-filled and ready to use. The intention is then to reuse and refill these again and again and again and, I think you get the picture! 

BYOC you use your own empty, clean, undamaged containers. With this option you are purchasing now by volume of product, millilitres (ml); you are not buying the container. Each product has Refill amount options available to choose for purchase. For example the Oneka Shampoo is sold in a 500ml bottle so there is a 500ml refill option. If your bottle or container is a different size you can use the 100ml option and add multiple 100ml refills to your cart until you have the amount you wish to buy (if you have a 700ml bottle you add 100ml refills 7 times to your cart.) If you are unsure of the 100ml of your container please just estimate then I can use the weight to know the quantity and adjust your invoice if it was incorrect.

Once you place your order you leave your container/bottles/jars in a bag or box on your porch or front step. Then we do the rest. REFILL! Just make sure you clearly label what goes in what container. There's a spot for special instructions for deliveries to apartments and condos.

Do not have a covered area, no problem, just put your items in a bin with a lid or leave a bin with lid out for us to put your items in. 

There is one exception to clean and empty containers. If you are refilling the same product purchased from Changing Tides you do not need to wait till it is empty. We can top up previously purchased products. Just estimate the millilitres (ml) and I will confirm the amount by weighing container before filling and after filling. Again if the amount you chose and paid for was incorrect we will refund you and reissue a new invoice.
